Making an online reservation
What you need
- A credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- A printer
- An email address
Payment
After you have selected your date, time and number of tickets, you can pay with a valid credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. No other method of payment is accepted.
Printing your tickets
After payment you can print out your tickets yourself. We will also send you a confirmation email. This means that you can also print the tickets at another time or place, so if you lose your tickets you can print them out again.
Security
The Amsterdam Jewel Cruises tickets sales are handled by ETIX.COM, one of the largest internet ticketing services companies.
ETIX.COM utilizes all of the latest technological advances to ensure that your transaction is secure. More information and conditions
You will get a private table for your party. The minimum number of tickets you can purchase is 2, the maximum is 14. We will prepare a private table for you based on the number of tickets you purchase. (Groups of 9 persons and more will get 2 private tables adjacent to each other.)
If you are with a larger group than 14 persons, or if you wish to do a cruise on an unscheduled date we can offer you a private cruise. Please contact us for options for your desired date(s).
*¹ The tickets are only valid for the date and time period you have selected.
However, we do offer the option to reschedule. If you contact us at the latest minimal 7 days before the cruise date, you can reschedule to a date of your choice (subject to availability) at no cost.
If you need to cancel and do so minimal 7 days before the cruise date, we will refund your tickets minus €7.50 per ticket (processing and administration fee). Less than 7 days before the cruise date refunding or rescheduling is not possible anymore.
Expired tickets cannot be used for another date or time period.
The cruises are not suitable for children (min. age 16 y/o).
