Starters

Thin sliced smoked tenderloin served with warm terrine of veal cheek, croutons and salad

Combination of king crab, crayfish and raw marinated salmon with avocado crème and soy mayonnaise

Salad of couscous with grilled vegetables in dressing of sweet peppers and tzaziki (veg)

Main Courses

Simmentaler beef fillet with croquette of beef, crispy potatoes, Swiss chard and sauce of morilles

Ravioli of codfish, oregano and apple, with fried fillet of bream, pulse crops, asparagus and verjus beurre Blanc

Risotto with pulse crops, Swiss chard, parmesan cheese, mascarpone and summer truffle (veg)

Desserts

Tiramisu of cherries, dark chocolate mousse and in kirsch marinated fruit

Selection of mature cheeses with fig bread

With the dinner fresh baked bread and butter is served.

Special diet wishes are no problem, as we work with a restaurant and everything is prepared fresh.

The dinner of your choice from the menu is included in the ticket price.
